The Example of Controversial Essay Topics

The Example of Controversial Essay TopicsAn example of controversial essay topics include the following. 'F---ing Muslims, I hate them'. Or, 'The last time I tried to read a book it was so painful I ended up staying in bed all night.'I don't think you will find many people who consider these examples to be very well written. In fact, it is quite a rare occasion when an essay about anything controversial receives a pass. Why is this? The first reason is that they are very unlikely to get a satisfactory answer to their question, which was in itself a controversial topic. The second reason is that they are unlikely to influence anyone.Society is, by its very nature, divided on a fairly narrow political and social spectrum. Since so few people are likely to disagree with the question asked, you would not expect to see a movement that was even close to unanimous on the subject. But that is just what we have. You would be hard pressed to find any student on any college campus today who would oppose requiring the Common Core State Standards to be taught in public schools. They are all for it is almost certain that they are all for it because it is the only option open to them. There is also a strong push for standardization of every aspect of human life in this country, and almost all politicians are pushing for standardization of our public schools. That too is likely to be supported by a majority of students. It is ironic but true that those against standardization have done little to apply pressure on their opponents in the argument over the Common Core. Maybe that is because it will not effect them. Those opposing standardization will live happily, living off our tax dollars, while those opposed will either give up or quit.
